By ordering from AZRAK you agree to these terms. They cover pricing, payment, availability and delivery for our Pakistan storefront.

Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Availability & drops

Stock is limited and not reserved until an order is placed; items may sell out during checkout. Limited drops are available only within their published window.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and manual bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched only after payment is verified. We do not accept card payments at this time.

Shipping

We ship within Pakistan at the flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by courier and location.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
